China exported 4.361 million tons of steel in November 2021, a decrease of 139,000 tons from the previous month, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%; from January to November, China’s cumulative export of steel products was 61.875 million tons, a year-on-year increase 26.7%.
In November,
China imported 1.424 million tons of steel, an increase of 294,000 tons from the previous month, a year-on-year decrease of 23.0%; from January to November, China's cumulative steel imports were 13.267 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 29.6%.
China imported 104.955 million tons of iron ore and its concentrates, an increase of 13.345 million tons from the previous month, an increase of 6.9% year-on-year; from January to November, China’s total imports of iron ore and its concentrates totaled 1.038.361 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.2%.
China imported 35.052 million tons of coal and lignite, an increase of 8.112 million tons from the previous month, a year-on-year increase of 198.1%; from January to November, China's cumulative imports of coal and lignite were 29.321 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 10.6%.
