The difference between color coated coil and galvanized coil

Hot dipped galvanized sheet is a steel sheet coated with a layer of zinc. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method.
Color coated steel coil is a kind of steel plate coated with paint coating on the surface of galvanized coil.

Color coated steel coil have the following advantages: light weight, 10-14 kg/square meter, equivalent to 1/30 of the brick wall; thermal insulation, the thermal conductivity of the core material is λ<=0.041w/mk; high strength, load-bearing, bending and compression resistance; color are bright and rich; the maintenance period of the painting  anti-corrosion layer is 10-15 years.

The market usage of color-coated steel sheets are mainly divided into three parts: construction, home appliances and transportation. Among them, the construction industry accounts for the largest proportion, followed by the home appliance industry, and the transportation industry only accounts for a small part.
